General Information Events and Locations

*NEW in 2026! Satellite registration will be offered on Sunday, May 31 in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside from Noon-8:00 p.m. Satellite registration is for attendees who are not changing contact or other badge information and those who do not need to add or cancel activities already paid for as part of their registrations.

Conference events are held at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (NOENMCC) unless otherwise noted. These include Professional Development Courses (PDCs), education sessions, the Expo, Education Pop-Ups, Health & Wellness sessions, Speaker Ready Room, and the Career Advantage Fair. New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center 900 Convention Center Boulevard; New Orleans, LA 70130. Volunteer groups, committee meetings, and social events will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside as noted.

In-person participants MUST wear a name badge to be admitted to all AIHA Connect sessions and events, including social activities. AIHF activities and select social activities may also require a ticket. Once tickets are purchased, fees are nonrefundable; however, ticket exchanges may be permitted pending availability. Should you lose or misplace your badge, we are happy to reprint it for you. After one initial reprint, there is a $5.00 charge for a lost badge or ticket replacement. Luncheon tickets will not be reprinted.

Hilton New Orleans Riverside Two Poydras Street; New Orleans, LA 70130. Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be provided between the NOENMCC (Shuttle Hub across from Hall G) and the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Shuttles will run every 10-15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours at quarter-past and quarter-to. See p. 9 for details.
