Except for PDC instructors, presentation upload is mandatory at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Lost and Found Registration, Hall I/J Lobby Lost and found items may be taken to/requested from the Information Desk located in the Hall I/J Lobby. Connect will turn items into NOENMCC security each evening. Mother’s Rooms The NOENMCC has designated nursing mother’s rooms, along with family restrooms, located in the Hall H and Hall B lobbies. These areas are equipped with seats, electricity, and a lockable door. Proof of Attendance and PDC Completion Transcripts will be updated no later than June 29, 2026. For the main conference, in-person attendees will receive a transcript update indicating their verified participation for up to 17 contact hours (not verified by individual session); virtual attendees will receive a transcript update indicating their verified participation in up to one virtual session per time block. For each PDC, in-person and virtual attendees will receive a transcript update indicating the total number of contact hours for that specific PDC.

Shuttle service will be provided between the NOENMCC (Shuttle Hub across from Hall G) and the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Shuttles will run every 10-15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours at quarter-past and quarter-to:
