At NASA, he leads efforts in the NIOSH Total Worker Health ® Affiliate Program and chairs the Laser Safety Review Board. He is an active member of the ANSI Z136 standards committee for laser safety and the SAE G10 Aerospace Behavioral Engineering Technology Committee. Angel L. Laurence Svirchev, MA, BSc, CIH, FAIHA Nominated by Joy Erdman, MS, CIH, CSP, FAIHA A globally respected voice in occupational hygiene, Laurence Svirchev, MA, BSc, CIH, FAIHA, has contributed more than four decades of impactful leadership, research, and education. His extensive work includes over 23 publications, leadership in SARS-CoV-1 response research, and major contributions to international standards and classifications. His influence extends to organizations such as the British Columbia Cancer Agency and the Workers Compensation Board of British Columbia, where he developed vital security policies and supported translation of industry classifications across borders. Mr. Svirchev has been deeply involved in AIHA and international associations, including as Past Chair of AIHA’s International Affairs Committee and Deputy Chair of the IOHA Stakeholder Relations Committee. He

organized key technical sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic for AIHA Connect 2020 and created the Lydia Renton Award within AIHA’s International Committee. His commitment to the profession is further reflected through his decades of leadership in the AIHA British Columbia Yukon Branch, where he received the Elizabeth McDonald Award for significant contributions.

Larrañaga Robert John Agnew, PhD, CIH, CSP, FAIHA, has demonstrated outstanding technical and scientific contributions in noise exposure, chemical assessment, and occupational disease prevention. With more than 25 years in industry and academia, he has authored numerous high-impact publications, including in JOEH and The Lancet Regional Health. His pioneering work on firearm impulse noise has informed national standards and safety training, while his fire service and firefighter PPE research has significantly advanced exposure science. He currently serves as Technical Director of Industrial Hygiene at Liberty Mutual. Dr. Agnew has been a dedicated AIHA contributor, serving as Chair of the Joint AIHA/ACGIH Ethics Education Committee, an active member of the Noise Committee, and a frequent presenter at AIHA Connect. He also served on the Academic Accreditation Committee and as Secretary of the AIHA Rocky Mountain Section. His leadership and mentorship across industry, military, and academic sectors showcase his devotion to advancing the OEHS profession. Glenn Millner, PhD, FAIHA Nominated by Robert (Bob) Nocco Glenn Millner, PhD, FAIHA, has demonstrated enduring leadership and technical contributions in chemical emergency response and toxicological risk assessment. He is the author of 26 peer-reviewed publications and 64 book chapters, and he serves on multiple editorial boards. His career includes real-time collaboration with regulators, officials, and public health responders during chemical incidents, offering expert strategy and post- incident litigation support.

environmental quality and microbial exposures. With over 66 peer-reviewed articles, 11 federal government reports, and two book chapters, Dr. Park’s work has significantly shaped understanding of mold, endotoxins, and respiratory health. He co-developed the widely adopted NIOSH Dampness and Mold Assessment Tool and received the Alice Hamilton Award in 2023. Since 2001, Dr. Park has contributed extensively to AIHA’s Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) Committee, where he helped develop the technical framework and Body of Knowledge. He has served as a judge and technical reviewer for AIHA conference events and remains a committed contributor to evidence-based practice, education, and research in occupational hygiene. Hernando Rafael Perez, PhD, MPH, CIH, CSP, FAIHA Nominated by Neil J. Zimmerman, PhD, PE, CIH, FAIHA Hernando Rafael Perez, PhD, MPH, CIH, CSP, FAIHA, has demonstrated exceptional scientific leadership through research, public service, and educational advancement. With more than 10 peer-reviewed publications and nearly $1 million in funded research, he has served on federal advisory panels for the National Academy of Sciences and US Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He currently works with the Department of Homeland Security, where he holds senior occupational hygiene roles and has been awarded the USCIS Director’s Award for Exceptional Service. Nancy Wilk, HBSc, MHSc, CIH, FAIHA, has made transformative contributions to global worker well- being through her advocacy, education, and leadership in Total Worker Health ® , ESG, and gender equity in occupational hygiene. With more than 37 years of experience, she has held senior roles such as Global Vice President of HSSE for Golder Associates and Environmental Health and Safety Fellow with WSP. Ms. Wilk has led groundbreaking occupational hygiene and risk management initiatives, including key OHS policy development, fatal risk controls, and major mining sector health strategies. Her numerous publications and lectures span continents, addressing pressing global OH challenges. Her dedication to AIHA includes serving as Chair of the Total Worker Health ® Advisory Group and active contributions to Women in Industrial Hygiene and the Mining Working Group. She received the Aileen Yankowski Outstanding Leader of the Year Award and supported AIHA guidance documents such as Advancing Worker Well-Being. Internationally, she served as President of IOHA, bringing governance reform and strategy leadership.
