General Information

Behavior Standards AIHA Connect is a professional conference. AIHA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and AIHA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to: • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form • Physical or verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, AIHA staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest • Verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, AIHA staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest • Disruption of presentations at sessions, in the exhibit hall, or at other events organized by AIHA. AIHA has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment by participants or staff at conferences. If you experience harassment or hear of incidents of unacceptable behavior, AIHA asks that you inform Larry Sloan , CEO, or Franky Spangler , Chief Operating Officer, or call 703-849-8888 so we can take the appropriate action. Virtual participants agree they will not record, copy, or take screen shots of Q&A or any chat room activities taking place in the Virtual AIHA Connect environment. Children Children and young adults 18 and under are not permitted at any AIHA Connect 2025 events (including courses, sessions, socials, or in the Expo). They may participate in the Fun Run/Walk if registered as part of a family entry. In-person participants MUST wear a name badge to be admitted to all AIHA Connect sessions and events, including social activities. AIHF activities and select social activities may also require a ticket. Once tickets are purchased, fees are nonrefundable; however, ticket exchanges may be permitted pending availability. Should you lose or misplace your badge, we are happy to reprint it for you. After one initial reprint, there is a $5.00 charge for a lost badge or ticket replacement. Education Credits In-person and virtual attendees can earn up to 23.25 contact hours by attending one education session or education pop-up in every time block, Monday through Wednesday.
