Shipping/Handling AIHA ® members located in the continental United States receive FREE shipping for all publication and product orders. Non-members and members residing outside of the continental United States pay shipping, which is calculated as you place your order on the AIHA ® website. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted as ship-to address. Professor Desk Copies AIHA provides desk copies of publications. Please contact AIHA to request one. Return Policy Publications and Home Study Products It is AIHA ® ’s policy not to sell or accept returns of partial products. Only unopened/sealed, unused products in their original packaging/condition may be returned.
